It's easy! In order to get "signed," all you have to do is make a half-hearted attempt at recording two songs. Then, submit them to us. If you have them somewhere on the web, just email us the links, or if you have them on your home PC, email one at a time to us. Oh yeah, the email address: signmyband@itisrecords.com. Once we get the music, we send it to our Review & Approval Department for their decision. Once they make their way around the office and everyone thinks it's a hit, you're well on your way to becoming part of the Itis Records family.

Itis Records does not directly profit from your band, therefore your band does not directly profit from Itis Records. You are more than welcome to sell CD's, merchandise, or your souls in order to make money. Itis Records is merely a forum for your musical talents.

Well, yes & no. The rights to the recordings are yours and the digital formats are given to Itis Records to be placed on the website. Once they're posted, they're here for good. If you want to sell a CD with the recordings on it, no big deal - if you want them removed from the website, then there's an issue. Once the digital format is on the website, it stays on the website.

It's simple - people come to this site to check out what band's we have. Since the music is free, people will be more inclined to try it out, and thus allowing your music to be heard by more people than would be possible with regular touring to smokey clubs and dive bars.
